Subhash Jagtap a grassroot innovator from Jalgaon, Maharashtra, has over four decades of experience in machinery fabrication. His journey in creating practical solutions has led to the development of a wide range of machines, including Tricycle Mounted Sprayer and the Sandalwood Paste Making Machine, both of which simplify labor-intensive tasks. For his innovations, he has received few awards and recognitions.
The turning point for Subhash Jagtap came when he created an agricultural tool for a friend, igniting his passion for innovation. This experience revealed his true calling, leading him to develop the sandalwood paste making machine, which transformed traditional grinding methods and opened new avenues for his business.
